About Our Founder
Eddie Marrero has been working professionally as an Actor, Director, and Producer for more than a decade appearing in numerous theater, film, and television productions. Among his many credits are starring and guest star roles on Law Order, Law and Order: Criminal Intent, Third Watch, Saturday Night Live (NBC), One Life To Live (ABC) Miracle's Boys (MTV Networks), and 100 Centre Street (A&E) from five time Academy Award Nominee and Lifetime Achievement Recipient, Sidney Lumet. In 2005, he was honored when invited by David Letterman to Co-host The Late Show with David Letterman (CBS) becoming the first Latino to do so in the show's history. His performance in a small supporting role in the 2006 feature film Find Me Guilty oppossite Vin Deisel and Annabella Sciorra garnerd him notable attention from industry insiders and Hollywood studios, and would later that same year receive a Best Actor nomination for the prestigious International Latin Ace Award in Theater.
He has starred in several original Off-Broadway productions including the smash hit sold-out run of La Lupe: My Life, My Destiny produced by the Puerto Rican Traveling Theater. Eddie first fell in love with theater at the age of 12 years old and has since then become all the more passionate about theater helping to develop new original works and and giving artists a vehicle to find their voice on and off-stage. As he describes, " I have been blessed with many opportunities throughout my career. Being able to establish Three Lions Stage and provide a voice for artists, in particular for artsists of color, is one of the most thrilling opportunities of my artistry for it will be catalyst to change the face of American Theater forever.

He has been a concert producer for Grammy Award winning artists Sounds of Blackness, Dionne Warwick, and the international telecast of the 1998 Good Will Games and Closing Celebration for Time Warner on TBS. His professional training includes The Juilliard School, NYU School of Film, Television and Broadcasting and is a proud member of AEA, SAG and AFTRA. He continues to reside in the city of his birth, New York City where all the world is truly a stage 24/7. I love New York!
