Noted civil rights attorney Hector W. Soto is the former Director of Policy and Advocacy for the Children's Defense Fund - New York.
As an attorney and activist in matters of civil rights, police oversight, accountablity, and community relations he has held top government
posts as Executive Director of the Police Advisory Commission of The City of Philadelphia as well as being first Executive Director
of the New York City Civilian Compaint review Board (CCRB) during the post Dinkins/ Giuliani Administration. Mr. Soto is a heavily
sought after lecturer and international consultant to Freedom House serving as an advisor on police/military practices and
human rights issues in Third World nations which has included training human rights advocates in Southeast Asia and East Africa. Mr.
Soto is also an advisor to the National Institute of Justice and served as a cabinet member of the Government of Puerto Rico
as Director of Legal Division, Department of Puerto Rican Affairs. He has also served as the Regional Attorney in New York
for the United Staes Commission on Civil Rights. Mr. Soto resides in The Bronx with his wife Gladys Carrion and children and sits
on the boards of various community and cultural arts organizations.

A practing attorney since 1992, Thomas G. Connolly is the Lead Counsel for the Natinal Grange Mutual Insurance Company.
He has served as an Associate Attorney with the firms of Brody, Fabiani, and Cohen, New York, NY (1997-2000); Cullen and Dychman,
New York, NY (1994-1997); and Costello and Shea, New York, NY (1992-1994). He received his B.A. from Saint Alphonsus College in 1982
and his Juris Doctor from Fordham University Law School in 1992. Mr. Connolly is the Treasurer and Legal Counsel for Three Lions Stage.

Samantha Dulaney has been a practicing attorney since 1990 and is a Partner in the New York City form of Spivak Lipton Watanabe Spivak
Moss and Orfan LLP specializing in Entertainment Labor Law. She was born in Gulfport, Mississippi and received her BA cum laude from
Loyola University in 1987, her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center in 1990, and her LLM (Legum Magistra) from Coloumbia
University in 1994 where she was a Harlan Fiske Scholar from 1993-1994. In addition to Ms. Dulaney's many professional and personal
interests she is Co-Author with Ronald Rychlak of "To Tell the Truth: Accuracy in Demonstrative Evidence, "Practical Lit. Vol. 5 Nos.
2 & 3, and is a member of the New York City Central Labor Council Lawyers' Committee. Ms. Dulaney is admitted to the U.S. Court
of Appeals, Fifth Circuit Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the U.S. District Court, District of of New Jersey.
SHe is an advocate of countless entertainment labor unios and artists and enjoys giving generously of her time, talent and expertise
to numerous charities and not-for-profits as Three Lions Stage, Inc. where she serves as a member of the board of directors.
